The Ulster Historical Foundation is launching a new book: Eileen Black, Window to an Age: a chronicle of art in Belfast, 1760-1888. The launch will take place on Thursday, 6 October 2016 at 6:15 pm in the Heritage Room, Belfast Central Library, Belfast BT1 6EA.
